Once you place your order, your items will be shipped within 4-6 Business Days.
All orders ship from Sydney, Australia. Please see below for details on shipping to your country.
As we are a small label, please understand that there may be slight delays around busy periods such as sales or when we are back in stock for sold out items.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number or link.
All delivery charges are offered at a flat rate.
Due to the bulky nature of our good(s), the cost is per item - purchasing two items postage will combine.

International
Standard Shipping
We ship to most International destinations via Australia Post. Australia Post will utilise the local carrier in your region for the last mile delivery.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs in your country can place additional taxes and charges on your package. This is out of our control and we have no way of knowing this in advance.
Express Shipping (Courier)
We now have access to express courier shipping (FedEx, DHL etc) to most locations.
If it does not show up at checkout, please contact us to arrange a quote.

USA
Please note there have been some issues with packages entering into the United States being held up with customs. As such we will only offer Courier Shipment to USA (UPS, FedEx).
If you are after multiple items, please contact us so we can arrange a quote for you.
Returns
Change of Mind
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we do offer ‘Change of Mind’ returns.
To do so, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to initiate the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs back to Lolabé Baby.
Faulty Products
If there is a failure with the product, damage or any other issues, we offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
In these cases Lolabé Baby will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and any possible replacement.
